Local coffee shop to open new location inside Ksyen Regional Hospital

The Fix Café & Cyclery is one of the top places to go to get a good ol’ fashioned cup of coffee in Terrace, and soon, it will be bringing that same experience to patients and visitors inside Ksyen Regional Hospital.

Northern Health has announced that The Fix Café & Cyclery was selected as the new vendor for the café space within Ksyen Regional Hospital. This means that staff, families, and patients within the hospital will be able to enjoy specialty coffee drinks, soups, baked goods, and quick meals without ever having to leave the building.

The café space is expected to open sometime in April. Renovations to the space are currently underway, with a projected end sometime in early April. Tentative hours for the café are expected to be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekend hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Northern Health says they hope that the addition of a local business that many people within the community already know and love will help make time spent within the walls of the hospital a little more comfortable for all those who walk through the doors.
