BC Transit Turns to Kitimat Riders for Rider’s Guide Review

BC Transit is asking people in Kitimat to share their thoughts on the Rider’s Guide, a booklet that lists bus schedules and routes. The transit company said it wants to ensure the guide remains useful for riders and identify ways to improve it.

Paper surveys are available right on the bus in Kitimat, so riders can fill them out during their trip. People can also take part online, either by going to the BC Transit website, emailing, or by phone

BC Transit said it hopes to learn how often riders pick up the printed guide, what sections they use most, and if they prefer to get that information online instead.

Kitimat is one of 14 communities taking part, along with places like Prince George, Kamloops, and Kelowna. The survey is open until October 15, and BC Transit said all feedback will be used to shape how the Rider’s Guide looks and works in the future.
