Terrace RCMP responded to a crash near the roundabout on Lakelse Ave, and Hwy 16 on May 8th.
According to police, the driver was transported to hospital and had an alcohol smell on his breath which sparked an impaired investigation.
Mounties added he was issued a 24-hour driving ban following an alcohol test.
The investigation remains going.
